i. You will only meet the designated ‘good guys’ until it’s far too late. Reserve judgement.
ii. A solid vehicle is the most hip investment you’ll ever make.

v. Tailoring your music to the crowd is redundant. Your music will tailor the crowd itself.
vi. Don’t buy into it, let it ring out. Remember collapse.

viii. It’s tricky getting out of a gang.
ix. Most people swing to entertainment. That’s life for now.
x. Faust sold his soul for power and knowledge, be careful of selling it for less.

xviii. All but the rarest percentile of bands ‘fail’ – this is because they co-opt the definition of success that their label operates by. Define your own success and your own failures. My biggest failure has always been judging character.
